Located in the north-eastern France, near Switzerland and Germany, Alsace enjoys a privileged position at the heart of Europe. It has 1.7 million inhabitants and consists of two departments, the Upper Rhine in the south and the Lower Rhine in the north. Its size, 190 km long and 50 km wide, making its discovery easier. It is a region on a human scale (8 280 km ˛) which combines a variety of landscapes: forests, valleys, plains, mountains ...

The France is known worldwide for its culinary expertise. In this exceptional culinary landscape, Alsace is a region vital to discover the French soil, with a touch of originality and more!

Land of ancient customs, but also unexpected gastronomic specialties, Alsace dine with pleasure all the chips and especially the most demanding. His cuisine is distinguished by his expertise and his love for both savory dishes as sweet dishes. A thousand flavors accompany a good meal in the cozy setting of Haute Cuisine, a Bierstub or winstub, venues that reflect what the Alsatian love above all: the sharing of good things, respecting a tradition of receiving very French!

Gingerbread, foie gras or Alsatian wines and late harvest, our beautiful region cultivates a taste for dishes that leave the puck on a whole range of flavors and spices.

While these flavors are more synonymous with winter landscapes, when nature revives its color to announce the spring, it is good to take the many gastronomic routes of the region: road sauerkraut, carp fry, cheese, etc.. They invite you to discover the rich Alsatian cooking.

The most famous is of course the Route des Vins d'Alsace! Renowned worldwide, it takes place at the foot of the Vosges over 170 km through all the vineyards, the door Marlenheim north to the door of Thann in the south. It also includes a remote in the extreme north of Alsace.
